The sofa cushions sank into the sofa when you sat on them and the headboard was extremely worn and cracked. When we opened the TV cabinet, one of the doors would not stay open and was really a safety hazard. When we got to our room, we had a wet cloth/floor mop sitting on top of the dresser. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very spacious. This was our fourth stay at a Harrah's property and the first time at Rio.
